Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to newborns in critical condition.
Duties:
- Provide specialized nursing care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate and support parents on caring for their newborns in the NICU environment
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
Experience/Requirements:
- 2 years of Neonatal ICU experience
